  • Young men aged 21 - 34, who only make up 11% of the U.S. population, were responsible for almost 33% of all drinking and driving incidents.
  • About 85% of people who were drinking and driving were also involved in binge drinking, which is defined as 5 drinks for men or 4 drinks for women in a short amount of time.
